Flexiramics B.V. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andy Wynn to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 1, 2023.
Andy is taking over the baton from Gerard Cadafalch Gazquez who has combined the CEO and CTO roles in recent years. Moving forward, Gerard will continue to fully focus on technology and innovation, in his role as CTO.
Andy is a highly experienced, successful, and visionary business leader, with a distinguished career in the advanced materials business. Andy has held various leadership positions where he has consistently demonstrated vision, strategic acumen, and a passion for driving innovation. He was CTO at a FTSE 250 multinational manufacturer of advanced materials and industrial products, with a 30-year track record of successfully driving and delivering business growth through introducing new technologies and innovation.
His leadership skills, strategic insights, and deep industry knowledge make Andy the ideal choice to lead Flexiramics B.V. into the next phase of developing and growing the business going forward. Gerard expressed his excitement by describing Andy as “a real stand-up guy for the next phase of growth and a strong, customer-focused communicator with well-developed leadership capabilities.”
Gerard is working with Andy and Board on a seamless transition of responsibilities. This transition will put further emphasis on our long-term goals towards delivering industry-leading innovation to our customers, shareholders, and the team.
